I am receiving in the last weeks a lot of queries about the current finantial situation of AIFOS because of they are very worried if AIFOS will go to bankrupt.
Nobody could give you the answer to the million dolar question, when AIFOS will go to bankrupt? It is very difficult to know because
The finantial situation of them is delicate because they have not started a lot of developments that was sold off plan, they have a lot of delays in several developments and they have received hundreds of lawsuits in the last 3 years.
The best way to protect the funds delivered is obtaining an embargo, that means to freeze them several assets and protect yourself in case the company will go to liquidation.
The only way to freeze assets of AIFOS is to sue them and to ask the judge the embargo.
If yuu obtain an embargo you will register your credit on one or several assets of AIFOS and in case of liquidation you will be a preference creditor in the bankruptcy process.
